Frequently asked questions

Practical answers about our craft and how to get a quote.

How do I get a quote?

Use the quote form or text message. Send photos, address, and what you need. We reply with next steps and a clear estimate.

Where do you work?

We serve Jacksonville and Northeast Florida for residential and light commercial remodeling and construction support.

Do you install large-format tile without lippage?

Yes. We use leveling systems, laser lines, and proper substrate prep so large porcelain and wood-look floors stay flat and aligned.

How do you waterproof showers and wet areas?

Waterproofing comes before finish tile. We install membranes and prep layers correctly so moisture stays out of walls and floors for years.

Can you remodel a bathroom end to end?

Yes. Demo, prep, waterproofing, tiling, and finish details sequenced so the space stays usable as much as possible and the result is clean.

Do you handle framing and openings for renovations?

We prepare framing and openings so electrical, plumbing, insulation, and finishes land clean and on schedule.

How does electrical work connect to remodeling?

Our electrical division coordinates with the construction scope: panels, wiring, and site power planned safely alongside the remodel.

Do you offer solar energy guidance?

Yes. We help assess rooftop solar for Florida homes and light commercial sites, including electrical coordination and clear next steps by text.

How do you protect floors and finished rooms during the job?

We cover floors, organize tools, and keep the job site tidy every day so living areas stay protected while work is underway.

Who supplies materials, you or the client?

Either way works. We can guide product choices or install materials you already selected, as long as the scope is clear before we start.

How fast do you reply?

Our goal is to respond to quote requests within 24 hours on business days by text.

Is the cheese bread part of construction?

No. Pão de queijo is a separate food line under the brand. Construction, solar, and electrical remain the service focus.
